300.000 Steps in July

Hi,

I wanted to share a personal update with you all. Over Christmas, I underwent major spinal surgery (laminectomy) at King's College Hospital and spent 10 days in the hospital. I'm happy to report that, thanks to the excellent care and support I received, I made a full recovery. I now work as a Ward Clerk Administrator at Guy's and St Thomas’s Hospital.

Recently, I received an email from KCH asking if I would take on a challenge: completing 300,000 steps in the month of July. As many of you know, I love a good challenge, so I jumped at the opportunity to raise £100 for their charity.

I've already started the event and am excited to contribute to such a good cause. I'm reaching out to as many people as possible to help me reach my goal.
